you can develope a phobia or special fear about a place where you had a panic attack but its important to return and use your CBT anxiety coping skills to calm yourself

if unable to leave, you can work your way thru a panic attack by relaxing the muscles and breathing deep and slow and thinking about something else and waiting for it to pass
sont tesse up or fight back
many like you carry some xanax or valium or similar and disolve a tablet under the tongue when hit by a panic attack, this helps a lot
psychiatrists who specialise in panic attacks and anxiety prefer these meds
