Burning sensations are perfectly normal with anxiety/panic, they can appear anywhere on the body but most of the time on the chest, face or arms.

It is the flight or fight response, your body thinks it is to cold which in turns raises your temperature. Yet your body really isn't cold it's just the panic/anxiety flight or fight response, so this is very common and perfectly normal.

Try not to obcess about it, take it as a normal thing and go about doing what you are doing...the more you think about it the worse it gets.

Panic attacks in truthfullness only last 3-4 seconds, the rest is you, the sensations of burning causes you to think something is wrong which is why you are posting here about it. So just know you can stop a panic attack if you learn that it's just a sensation, and sensations cannot and will not hurt you in any way.
