I just feel like he might feel just use the ativan, but I am sacred it wouldn't be the right thing for this situation since it is not just my general anxiety issue. ... best thing IMO for panic attacks. I'm glad it's working out for you. I take it as needed, sometimes everyday, sometimes not for a week or two. I too have tried ativan and it made me way to groggy. Xanax does a bit, but nothing like ativan. Don't forget to take your xanax before flying!!!!! ... (6 replies)

... I think I did conquer my fear, because on the way back I didn't need the Ativan in order to fly. I felt fine. Our second flight home had a lot of turbulence, but I handled that as well. ... (7 replies)
