... Hello, I had my first panic attack about 10 years ago. In my mind, I refer to my past as "before the attack" and "after the attack". I was at work, doing nothing unusually stressful; then as if I had been hit by a hammer, I had immediate shortness of breath, shaking, tunnel vision, weakness, and tachycardia. ... Went through the same thing. You should be eating every 3 hours. Make sure you take vitamins and drink lots of water. Since changing to this I have not had an episode. The more you think about it the more anxiety and panic you will feel. (7 replies)
... I know how you feel. With me it's a constant mental struggle between whether or not it is just anxiety or some medical problem. I've been tested for a lot of stuff and spent a lot of time in the hospital, and I check my blood sugar and blood pressure several times a day.
