... When ever i get anixous or have a panic attack i start to think i am going crazy or have schizophrenia. Then for the rest of the day i question if i am going crazy or not. Does anyone have any tips to get over this? ... (3 replies)
... valium type meds as needed would help IMO fear and anxeity are the same thing, all anxiety sufferers are more fearful than they need to be, usually this is just a bad habit that can be gradually unlearned anxiety sufferers dont go crazy but fear of going crazy is quite common for them, it doesnt happen do get some more exercise as this always relaxes, take long walks (8 replies)
