... y, basically, someone I don't know. My muscles are tight and now I'm experiencing panic attacks at the very thought of going to the doctor who told me to get off Kolonopin in the first place. So now I have this "white coat syndome" that I never had before. ... (0 replies)
... with srri drugs is always a strict warning. The mixing of "Kolonopin with paxil" is kind of a boiler plate statement for with all srri drugs concerning kolonopin and xanax. I have taken 6 different srri's with xanax. No interaction, just didn't do anything for me. I am posting the statements for each drug. ... (15 replies)
... I have to agree with Madj, it's possible that Xanax is just not for you. I took it for years and it never spaced me out at all and it always calmed me down. I only took 1/2 MG a day....1/4 MG in the morning and the other 1/4 MG in the late afternoon or early evening. I never felt it wear off...it worked great for me...but everyone is different...it was great for me, but may... (2 replies)

... the right diagnosis. My doc ran all sorts of tests which scared the hell out of me. finally diagnosed as anxiety went to pdoc and got back on meds effexor xr and kolonopin which worked wonderfully. I suggest taking your meds and not to fear them let them work for you. ... (7 replies)

... d what I have to go through is what it will be. My only concern is if the zoloft is going to be enough for you alone. If it is not I just would rather see you on Kolonopin rather any form of xanax unless it is the only thing that works at all. And Xanax XR was designed for around the clock effects not what the pharmacist said. ... (16 replies)
... Hey hun, I just want to disagree with you on a few things. My doctor told me that Lexapro was mainly for Panic Attacks and the 10mg to 20mg made a big difference to me. I could not take 20mg, it was way too strong. I had to start off on 5mg and gradually work my way up to 10mg that I am now on. Also Celexa is a form of Lexapro. They took something out of the Celexa to make... (18 replies)
... Dear Kyle, Everybody goes though this. It takes the anti-depressants 4 to 6 weeks to start working but if the side effects do not ease up, you should see your psychratrist to look at another medication. The Lorazepam is a benzo and should take the edge off of the side effects. You really should take a few days off to get use to this before returning to work if you can.... (18 replies)

... e lowest dosage possible. Xanax does not take you to a low, it sedates you. This side effect wears off after a while when you get adjusted to your needed dosage. Kolonopin is easier to manage, taking it only once a day for the most part. Xanax on the other hand you will probably find that you need to take it 3 times a day. ... (8 replies)

... that road with another medication where I was asleep for 8 days. I went off of it to fast on the trust of my Psych. It disabled me. Xanax is just as additing as Kolonopin if not worse. But if it is the only way that you can get your life back, then what choice do you have. ... (5 replies)

... I think you should seek the advice of a Therapist and go to a Psychratrist to get the proper drugs. I think you are more on the depressed side, having no real reason that you can understand for crying. If you are not having anxiety or panic symptoms, which it does not seem, you really need to be on an anti-depressant medication but I don't think that nortriptyline seems to be... (1 replies)
... late to what you are going through. I am determined to get off this drug once and for all, as I have been taking 0.5 mg. for 7 years. I never knew how additive Kolonopin was until I started weaning myself off. Now I only wish I had never started taking it in the first place. Best of luck to you. ... (30 replies)
