... I Also Have Been Dealing With Panic Attacks For 7 Years. I Am Now Doing Cbt Therapy, Which Is Helping. I Also Read Books And Listen To Tapes. Slow Deep Breathing Will Help You Relax, But Get A Book Which Tells More Ways To Help With Physical Symptoms. ... (4 replies)
