... Makes sense to me too. A few months before this all started I had wondered if maybe the "change" was starting.....increased PMS, the irregularity, but I never would have connected it. About 4 months ago when i first told him i was experiencing a lot of anxiety and panic he put me on Effexor and also Xanax as needed. ... Okay. I totally agree with you on that one. This is how the past two weeks of my life have been. A lady I knew died of a brain tumor, my mom's best friend's husband had a heart attack (two things I am afraid of), the house next door burned down and I was up for two days straight - that was on a Tuesday - on that second day I had to have an upper scope, then my PMS and cycle... ... rse around my period or PMS. I've tried taking hormones, but they made my migraines worse...maybe hormones would work for you. Don't be scared...when you get a panic attack, take deep, slow breaths, evenly, in and out. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. ... (4 replies)
