... about 4 weeks now. My Dr. just upped the dosage to 20mg. I also take .5 Xanax approx. 2 or 3 times a day. I used to take Paxil 4 years ago, 30mg, and had great success with it. ... I would be more than afraid to take Xanax if I weren't already addicted. Granted, it stops panic attacks almost instantly when you put it under your tongue but it is one of the most addicting drugs that there is on the market today. IMHO I would rather go through heroin withdrawls again than Xanax. Why start? It is such a strange drug that it actually sets you up for futher... (4 replies)
