... t again.......but now I am on Xanax which is just as bad if not worse as far as being habit forming.........and at 2mg when I try to drop to 1.5 mg I feel shaky, heart pounding etc.............so I know my body has already latched on to it..........I'm just glad I'm not on the 4mg that I was on............ ... ... Kaedryn, Get on line and check out TMJ (cause by teeth grinding) it can cause related oral/sinus/ear problems, dizziness and headaches etc... Teeth grinding also part of panic disorder.
