... I went cold turkey and would not recomment it at all. The dizziness and brain zaps were terrible but only lasted a couple of weeks and then it was done. Tapering down is really best. ... (6 replies)

A little about me

... Good, I think it is a good idea for you to stay at the 2mg of xanex for at least another month or longer. Your body cannot handle all of this up and down stuff. ... No problem taking the 1mg tonight, will get a good sleep probably and you need that. You can get all kinds of things besides mood swing as far as emotions and moods going off, especially when not level doing so. Stay with 2mg a day for as long as you need. ... (25 replies)
... If you're still feeling those side effects after six weeks on Zoloft it's time to try something else. Trazodone and Wellbutrin are not SSRI's. I was very happy with a combination of Wellbutrin and Xanax. ... (4 replies)
