... would put me into a panic attack and i'd drive back home. i was put on xanax which helped TREMENDOUSLY....but made me feel tired alot. soon after i was put on zoloft and my dr. said i could slowly wean off the xanax and that i wouldn't even need it anymore. ... (6 replies)

... Good, I think it is a good idea for you to stay at the 2mg of xanex for at least another month or longer. Your body cannot handle all of this up and down stuff. ... I went cold turkey and would not recomment it at all. The dizziness and brain zaps were terrible but only lasted a couple of weeks and then it was done. Tapering down is really best. ... (6 replies)
