... Interesting! Certainly sounds paranoid to me! However, I was diagnosed with what I have due to using a weapon to defend myself, stuff like that. If I were you I would get an assessment, by a psychiatrist, and then from there you can maybe get counseling and get into alternative medicine? I'm on meds, but I'd rather not have to be, but I'd rather be on the meds than do nothing... (5 replies)

... The title of your thread says it all. You would really benefit from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. This therapy allows you to process your distorted thoughts, and replace them with more realistic, positive thoughts. ... Unfortunately all these narcissist doctors are ultra slick and manipulative and they helped make the rules. They don't understand that they are abusing in their own way. Complaining about these guys is virtually impossible. Doctors in general are unaccountable and dont allow informed consent.
