... I was going to say depression as well. I'm also a mom, dealing with the same symptoms (though I try really hard not to take it out on the kids). Depression is what I've got for sure, possibly BPD but not sure. Meds help tremendously, and that is what they exist for. Just tell your doc what's going on and he'll give you some meds to help.
