I definitely understand the 2 hour commute with nausea, I'm 5 months pregnant now but during the first trimester I had a 90 minute commute to school and actually had to withdraw from my college because I was too sick to make the drive. It didn't matter how early I left, I'd end up late or miss class entirely because I'd be getting sick the whole way there. The best thing I can tell you is to ask your doctor to prescribe you nausea medication. That was a miracle drug for me... I had to cut them in half because they make me so tired, but I still even now use them from time to time. It was the only thing that let me keep anything down during the first 4 months of my pregnancy. Something else that worked a little was taking walks and eating cheez-its. After eating nothing but saltines for days, cheez-its settled my stomach in the same way but have a little more flavor. Ramen soup also helped a lot. Not really the best nutrition in the world, but it's better than nothing! Also, if you feel sick when you're driving, pull off into a rest area or gas station and eat a couple crackers, even if you feel too sick to do so, then lock the car up and lay down for a few minutes. I hope you get to feeling better soon, hang in there!
