Re: June Mommies
Jan 27, 2008
I'd say venting is perfectly fine in this thread. We'll all need to at one point or another, I'm sure. :)

I can't wait to see the little one again on Thursday! They are going to do a 4D ultrasound and find out the sex that way (although they'll be doing all sort of other measurements, of course).

Has anyone had a 4D ultrasound so early in the pregnancy? I thought those are done in the sixth or seventh month. And people go in just to see the baby's face and stuff, not really in any sort of medical way.

I think it's going to be awesome, though. :)

Also, I think I can feel the baby move, but it is hard to tell the movements apart from other things going on down in the area. I know it is not the usual stretching that happened during the first trimester, but it does resemble gas moving around in a way. I guess once he/she gets stronger it will feel more like butterflies, but right now it is much fainter than that.

I had a 4D at 18 weeks. We tried to find out the sex, and the baby was soo not cooperating. So the tech busted out the 4D one, OMG the baby was so cute, sucking its thumb. The pictures are amazing. I am going to have them done again at 30 weeks. They have package deals down here at this place. Where you get it burnt on a dvd with music..
