... I totally agree Siren!!! It's amazing the more we "find out" the worse it is for us!! Just use your common sense and your body will help you with the rest!! Even with the hot water issue your body will tell you when you are getting too hot because you will start to get uncomfortable. It is good to be smart, but not paranoid!
