... MrsBlasalle - I had to have a wisdom tooth removed at 3 months pregnant with baby #1. All you need is a release to treat you from your OB to take with you to the dentist and they will help you. ... Swollen and sore gums do happen. It's gingivitis, and pregnant women tend to develop this easily. Sore and swollen with a little bleeding from brushing is a more accurate description. ... (10 replies)
