... Thanks for the info. I stand most of the time at work as well, so I'm glad to know that it hasn't been bothering you too much. You are probably right about me having more pain tolerance than I think I do, I'm just a little intimidated by it I guess :) Also, this may sound terrible, but I don't know if my spine is "fused" or not. ... Well, I found out yesterday I can't have an epidural because of the rods in my back. Basically, my doc told me it would be a pain in the butt and wouldn't even work anyways. Which is fine with me because I hadn't really planned on getting one. ... (18 replies)

... I too have scoliosis. I have had some back pain, but it is bearable. Like the other poster said she may not be able to get an epidural. But the risk with pregnancy is not bad. She can carry the baby just be prepared for added discomfort. Good luck. ... (3 replies)
