By the time any of my past relationships got to that point, I knew it was getting to be time to end it. Because that is not how you treat someone with whom you're in a relationship.

If you want to try one last time to get through to him, tell him that you're done being treated like this and if it's because of some perceived issue that he has with you he'd better speak up or else you're done. But you have to be ready to be done. Personally I'd rather be single than in this kind of relationship hell. So I'd be out the door.

Or, you can make yourself unavailable for a while by going out with your friends and family and don't waste any more time going to his place since all he ever does is ignore you anyway. And if he actually gets his head out of his butt and realizes that you're not around and asks you why then you can tell him you're not coming over anymore since he has made it so clear that he has zero interest in spending any kind of quality time doing things that normal couples do and that it's such a huge burden for him to treat you like a normal person, etc.

My last bf was passive aggressive and it drove me up a wall. I finally had enough and left. It was the best thing I ever did because if I was still with him I'd be ripping my hair out trying to get him to talk to me and tell me what the hell was wrong with him and why he wouldn't talk through things with me like a normal person.
