Hey Sophia!

I like to date only one guy at a time too. Last summer I dated two guys at once, but it didn't last very long. I also had a lot of other stuff going on, so it was just too confusing. They usually would call at the same time too, and I couldn't remember whom I had told what to and vice versa!

On the recent dating front: I might have another blind date type of thing coming up. A business contact I know wants me to meet her son. He is in his early to mid thirties, and he broke-up with his girlfriend of one year not very long ago. I have known her for a while now, but she didn't know I was single until last week. Then she mentioned her son to me, and a few days later her secretary called and asked me for my home number to give to him. She had mentioned me to him and he wanted to meet. So now I am waiting for him to call. At first I was a little leary about the whole thing, but now I am just ready to go on a date. I am ready to date, date, date until I find a decent guy. Like you, I feel my youth is just passing me by while I work and sit at home waiting. No more waiting for me----I am sick and tired of it. I feel determined to get out there and meet people (which is so much easier said than done!).

That's good news, Glamour! :bouncing: I hope you have a great time on the date. You're lucky to know so many people who want to set you up. My friends don't know anyone, unfortunately, so I'm left to my own resources. I want to go out on more dates as well, although I'm not sure how to practically accomplish that. The online guy who I was corresponding with for two months and spoke on the phone with unfortunately disappeared. Maybe I should do something out of character and ask someone out myself? But wouldn't even know who. Maybe the summer will bring some new options, let's hope.
