When I was on Zoloft, taking 800 mg of magnesium with one or two glasses of tonic water (it has quinine) about an hour before bedtime got rid of my RLS most nights. Or you could try 300 mg of Neurontonin about an hour before bedtime (don't take magnesium within 2 hours of Neurontonin though or the Neurontonin won't work).
