Try yoga - they have tricks for releasing muscle spasms in the hamstrings & groin that will help you.

I have actually had a chiropractor "adjust" my restless legs - somewhere in the upper back, believe it or not.

I've also had good luck with club soda with quinine added. This isn't recommended for long-term use, since quinine isn't super-safe.

I've also heard that magnesium works, but you obviously haven't had good luck with it. Have you tried liquid mag/cal supplements? I use something called "OsteoMega Care" from Life Force International, before I go to bed. I have no trouble sleeping. The liquid supplements are usually far superior to dry little pills that you don't even absorb much of.
