... hello and thnks for the reply, i dont have to worry about some things that interfer with magnesium absorption, b/c im not a tea, coffee or spinach person, BUT I DO LIKE MY CHOCOLATE! but on the other hand, i have been trying to diet, doing a 1200 calorie intake and exercizing. i also have pmdd (pms w depression) and im taking 40mg. of celexa. plus i do take me a one a day...
