... ht it was caused by an injured back or stress in the past year.. I'm sad to read this is so prevalent and not on single recommendation for a cure. The note about sugar and caffeine makes alot of sense to me since that is something i have been consuming more of this past year due to stress than at any other time in my life. ... (16 replies)

... thanks! I am also trying to cut soy out of my diet this year as well (learning how to make my own mayo and salad dressings...) for many reasons - not really related to RLS but hey - who knows if THAT could be a trigger?! my doc did just start me on mirapex and siminet...the first night I only had mirapex and it was .125mg - tossed/turned/flipped like a fish out of water...
