You can the contents within the thread title quotes for more info, again I'd like to add a direct link but don't think it's allowed on this BB.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried the prolonged Subcutaneous Infusion for Management of Pain using Lidocaine (SIMPL) Program initial course 4-6 weeks (believe this was done mostly outpatient) vs. the more typical 5 day IV lidocaine.

They first published back in 1999 stating that the treatment was effective for pain & other associated symptomatology:

Linchitz RM, Raheb JC. Subcutaneous infusion of lidocaine provides effective pain relief for CRPS patients. Clin J Pain. 1999 Mar;15(1):67-72. PMID: 10206569 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE]

Website now mentions treating over 60 patients.

Has anyone seen Drs. Weingarten or Fyman or Linchitz at Pain Alleviation Center in Jericho, New York?

Thanks for sharing, Josh
