I don't have a diagnosis of RSD yet. But I feel my right arm pain has spread to my left arm. The pain on the two arms is very different, so I'm not sure it's spreading or something else.

The neuropathy of my right arm produces sharp pain, either on the surface of the forearm or inside the upper arm. They can be induced with movement or little movement.

My left arm pain feels more like muscle pain than nerve pain, which means it is not as sharp, and mostly associated with movements, like dressing myself. With the limited range of my right arm, I have to twist the left arm in order to put on clothes with a front opening.

When I meditated, I also noticed pain on the unmoving left arm. The pain is not very noticeable during my daily life.

I thought it may not be RSD spread and maybe related to the fact that I need to twist the left arm in order to dress. On the other hand, I also find it hard to believe the occasional twisting would produce consistent pain. But I'm a 50-year-old woman and this may just be normal for my age.

What do you think?
