... Unless it's the same pain in your upper body as where you already have rsd, then it may be more likely that you pulled muscles. Taking a couple of ibuprofen and an aleve will help alleviate that pain or at least help tone it down and help you not feel so stiff, if it's not rsd. ... (2 replies)
