... o with the help of walking on the treadmill for about 30 mins. at night. I am finding that exercise helps me tremendously and I am hoping it is helping with the spread of this horrible disease. I saw my pain MD the other day and she wants to do more blocks and will probably have to do that along with the meds I am taking. ... (7 replies)
