... Anita, I don't have the answer for whats the differance between them both but, my question would be to the dr.. Why do you have the same symtoms in you feet. That would tell me that you have RSD.. Your symtoms sound exactly like mine. I mean you mimic them completely.. Unless the dr feels you have both.. I would get the EMG.
