... If you have fully recovered from RSD/ CRPS, I would like to hear your story... How bad did you have it to begin with, and what treatment (medication, PT, OT, etc) did you go through? How long did it take? Can someone ever totally recover from RSD/ CRPS? Thanks. (6 replies)

I could not do any dry land exercise because I had arthritis on top of the RSD or CRPS so I went to the pool with a flotation belt and did acquasize in deep water.
