... best advise I could give you that I have said to everybody else is to make sure that you try to keep moving! Don't allow the limb to stiffen up. My RSD is in my left leg, left arm, left foot, and low back pain. As much as it hurts, I will try to walk or just stretch. ... (3 replies)

... I don't know about the sweating. It seems to have calmed down now since I've had the pump put in. It might have to do with the meds, but I really think it has to do with the RSD itself. ... (75 replies)
... r was gonna send me to aquatic therapy. She figured the water should be a help since it will be in a well heated pool and it would put less stress on my back and really help to strengthen those muscles. Well, I got the call today that work comp denied it. So.... ... (44 replies)
