... hings to do that you can continue at home. My PT was the first to tell me about RSD. The most important thing I learned is to keep the affected part moving. With RSD it really is true that move it or lose it, it is also important to find your own balance with that. I had to find what was too much and what was too little. ... (9 replies)
... I don't know of any creams but I do know of that deep aching pain you're talking about. My RSD started in both hands that way, my doctor gave me Lidocaine patches but they seem only to help with the topical burning pain. Whatever you do ....don't use ice... a big No No with RSD. ... (3 replies)

... I used the lidocaine patches for a while, to see if I would be able to get relief from them.. I however did not get relief, but everyone with RSD is different, so the treatment may well work for you. The patches do little to hinder you at all. ... (5 replies)
