... I have not had any relief from any steroids or sympathetic lumbar nerve blocks or infiltration. This Is because I had crps pain since age 10 and diagnosed with crps age 18. There is no hope for me but maybe you will benefit from treatment. The sooner being diagnosed and treatment plan the more Likely you'll benefit from relief. (15 replies)

... id put up a new thread today explaining that I was sent to a Pain Management clinic by my doc to see what they can do for me and the gave me a Lumbar Sympathetic Block injection this week and they put it in my lower back in the sympathetic nerves with anestesia to numb and block the nerves since I have it in my foot and leg. ... I don't know if you have RSD, but it won't hurt bringing it up to the doc on your next appointment. The color changes sound similar to RSD, but I don't know anything about back problems that I know you have. There is no one definitive test for... (5 replies)
... A stellate ganglion block is done for upper extremity and a lumbar sympathetic block is for upper. Sometimes, docs will do a block as a diagnostic tool, but if the block doesn't help, it doesn't mean that it's definitely RSD. Good luck with the appointment. ... (10 replies)
