... An EMG does nothing more than test for nerve damage. It can't tell a doc whether it's RSD or not. Even if you had or have nerve damage that doesn't mean you don't have RSD either. It's like with bone scans, doesn't matter what it says you can still have it. ... (49 replies)

Yes, I have had an MRI, and this is the reason I thought I may have RSD, after the MRI my doctor could not come up with a diagnosis, she said I had no fracture, then she went to another doctor to get his opinion, and he said I have 2...
