... thanks for the suggestions sharon :angel: , but i've been heating. and while i was in PT and my shoulder did this my PT gave me stretching exercises to do before i did the strengthening. which is why i don't understand why i'm getting like this.... i work at a day spa so i think next week i'm gonna get a massage done on my back, shoulders, neck and see if she can work on my... ... The muscles in the jaw are all interconnected to muscles of the neck and scalp and from there to back of head/ear. So that is not unusual. A lovely facial massage will help and also a massage of the scalp and neck. U may even find ur shoulders are tense...as I said...it is all connected. Sedation helps you relax, helps your muscles to relax, and to me that is important. I would think that it would also make it easier for the doc to do the block, since you are not all tense and nervous. ... (10 replies)
