... air surgery actually had a real 'CPM chair' that they delivered to my house that i had to start using like only three days post op, just to get and keep my inner shoulder joint moving and from 'freezing up" too. it helped me TONS when it was time for the "hands on' PT about a month later? ... ... If heat flares your RSD up you may want to check with the person who runs the sauna first. It does not heat you up like a regular do not feel the heat nearly as much...but you still do sweat and get warm...Im not saying that this is the answer for everyone, just that we found that it worked well in our situation. ... al. but i do notice that when i sit my left soulder come more foward then my right. but before i had rsd i was a dancer, so i had pretty perfect posture and good shoulder muscles so maybe that's helped. i kinda thought that a muscle relaxer would loosen up the shoulder muscles and not make them so tight ya know? ... ... egs continue to hurt from standing on them all day. Nobody never seem to take me seriously or I just couldn't make no one understand.
