... Hi Andrea, Have you tried putting heat on your neck and shoulder? That might help. If you put heat on and then do your exercises, it might help to relax and loosen them. Are the exercises to stretch or to strengthen? Once in a while, I get tightness in my neck where I can't move my head back and forth. My P.T. gave me an exercise to do to help stretch it and it works like a... (4 replies)
