... will read about he importance in changing your diet. I have been on the diet for three weeks and it has helped me alot. I still have pain but not to the point of total flare up. I can take a tylenol or Motrin and it helps with the breakthrough pain. Before even that did not work. ... (6 replies)
... e gotta keep on moving, do stretches, take short walks...even if it is just around your house. I have a stationary bike that I try to use and I am about to get a total gym. That's what they used in therapy and even though it hurt, I know in the long run it will help! ... (48 replies)

RSD Flare Up?
