... tigger, If I were you, I'd ask your pdoc if he/she could place you on an antipsychotic to help relieve your auditory hallucinations. ... I wish I were capable of willful suppressions when it comes to my auditory hallucinations. Unfortunately, I just can't do it no matter how hard I try. ... Just stay away from Halodol( read my other posts) my friend has teh exact same diagnosis and horrible attack with Halodol . You need to be stable , not on something that bring pain and horrible highs and lows.All these meds effect people differently. But consensus says , avoid Halodol?
