... The only thing I can suggest is to stop doubting whether or not it really happened and be happy there is a med which gives you some relief. You've already said that you noticed a positive difference when taking Seroquel, so try to think about it as a way of preventing (or reducing the possibility of) a future psychotic episode from happening again. ... Well, if you do go on an anti-depressant, make sure you DON'T take it without a mood stabilizer of some sort! SSRI's by themselves are notorious for provoking manic episodes. But it really depends on your individual chemistry whether or not you need an additional anti-depressant.
