... OK. There's no need to be riddled with worry and panic if the one suspicious mole came back as totally fine. Your lymph nodes swell for many different reasons, so you do not have to just jump to conclusions and assume it is cancer. It could be anything! ... (4 replies)

Other doctors prefer to keep an eye on abnormal moles and if there are any changes, remove and biopsy them at that point. Really, it's up to the patient what they feel comfortable with. ...
