... CareyAnne, re: precancerous lesions. If it is not cancer, it will just midly irritate the skin. My husband put it on his suspicious mole and it did nothing, yet when I put it on my area of skin cancer (that the doctors tried to remove twice) it started burning right away and the next day was a blister/pus like lesion.
