Sleep Disorders Board Index

Hi guys. I'm Tina and I'm 19 years old. I suspected I had sleep apnea when I was 16 due to waking up out of breath, loss of breath while sleeping, and feeling constantly tired. I then went to the doctor to get tested and I never got a conformation of having it or not. So then after that I went on to loose weight and then the episodes stopped. Cue to now I've gained back weight and the episodes started again to which I didn't pay any mine because I know how to deal with it. But this past month I've been feeling extremely dizzy. It wasn't too bad at first just felt like a little dizzy spell now and then but this past week it's been getting worse. I stand up and feel very dizzy, unable to walk straight. I've been having more headaches than usuall and a lot of anxiety attacks. I currently have no insurance so I've been avoiding seeing the doctor but I don't know if I should go to the doctor or just tough it out? I've talked to people about it and some suggested dehydration, in which all I drink is water tons of it actually. People have also suggested starvation due to me also not having the want of eating because after eating I just get more dizzy. Just needing to know if this is normal or not?
