Re: AMBIEN question

I just started Ambien CR and am having some troubles with it (next-day dizziness, etc.) and it takes me about an hour to fall asleep with it. I took regular ambien a couple of years ago, and I also think it took me a while to fall asleep with that. I guess everyone is different. I have a vacation from work coming up, so I'm going to take some time to experiment and see when I need to take it in order to feel my best in the morning... assuming I can tolerate the carryover effects...
