Well, i've been doing my research, and it seems the most suspicious element here is Vitamin B6. It seems it is the component in ZMA that gives people those vivid dreams they talk about ZMA. In some sites they recommend taking B Vitamins at morning because the can cause sleep trouble. There's a site where they use specifically B6 to induce vivid dreaming. It also seems to make the brain in general more active and boost the serotonin system.

So, i think im going to start taking Zinc + B6 every morning, and then magnesium at night.

Or maybe im wrong, and the problem is the Magnesium in ZMA screws my Calcium/Magnesium ratio??
