I have been getting an average of 4-5 hours a night (sometimes waking up 2 times between that) for the past few months....I feel tired....The thing is,I keep on thinking of everything before i sleep, and when i wake up too early, i think about what i have to do, and i just cant go back to sleep, I do have a baby, 8 month old, but i also have a full time nanny who is with her at night and in the morning, so I do have the luxury of sleeping for 7-8 hours a day, but i dont!! I'm too anxious.

Will this effect my health? im 26,5lbs underweight maybe, nothing crazy, but i want to have another baby soon, but i want to be in good health...

I also take ADD medication sometimes, (when i only sleep that much, I need to take my medication to get me going), and I know that it can keep me up, but it never used to get me up early though or have me wake up every 2 hours either.....

I remember after I had my baby my doctor gave me ambien, when i took it then it worked...a few days ago I took it and it did not work at all......I try to take a warm bath and relax and do everything I can....but even when im not on the computer, watching tv, and just in bed ready to sleep, I keep thinking about everything I need to do tomorrow...

My sexdrive is getting effected by this, so is my appetite (get hungry late at night) and of course my energy levels...I also feel like my memory is getting really bad....

Should I see a sleep disorder doctor?
