I'm with you. Unless I get so anxious about "yet another" crappy night's sleep, I usually fall asleep OK, around 11pm.....always to wake at 2 or 3am. When I wake up, that's it, I'm up. I've had no more than 4 hours of sleep in any given night for over 3 months. Tried Tylenol PM, benadryl, Nyquil, Elavil, trazadone, 5HTP, Melatonin, Calcium/magnesium ...even Klonopin to no avail. If you haven't tried one of the above, maybe one will work for you.
