... My opinion is spend your money getting your thyroid balanced, not worrying over sleep apnea. I think it is way overblown. If you sleep gasping for air, then deal with it. As you stated, you wake up refreshed after 7-8 hours asleep, have lots of energy all day, no headaches, snoring or gasping for breath or any other symptom.
