... It sounds like you have done a lot of good things. I would turn the humidity up to the 80% level. Also, there about 4 good nasal pillows on the market so trying another may help. I have some issues like that and do find using a nasal spray in the evening and doing one of those nasal washes does help clear things up. I also take mucinex in the evening. It liquifies the... ... Thank you so much for your answer. I have very dry nose, mouth, eyes, etc. because of Sjogrens Syndrome, so my doctor specifically ordered a CPAP with warm humidifier... and I believe that I really need it, especially in the winter when the humidity is so low. ... (4 replies)
